Questions to take to counsel
- Which deadline comes first: court or license agency?
- Are any release conditions unclear or difficult to follow?
- What evidence should counsel request before it is routinely overwritten or discarded?
- Does work, a CDL, immigration status, school, or professional licensing create an urgent collateral issue?
